I am software engineer, consultant and manager working in Europe with over two decades of hands-on experience in internet technologies, agile software development, software-as-a-service, online marketing and project- as well as product management.
As people first software engineering manager I love working at the intersection of people, technology, and product development. I am passionate about creating an environment where collaboration, self-organization, ownership, trust and psychological safety are key, allowing teams to innovate and thrive.
