A session takes place on a massage table with you lying down and clothed. You receive energy balancing and healing on the 7 Chakras, all major joints and limbs, and any other area as requested. Hands may be placed on or off the body. There is no physical contact with the genital area. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.

A session is a combination of a Yin sequence of poses tailored to your specific needs while receiving Reiki. Hands may be placed on or off the body. There is no physical contact with the genital area. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.

TIME
Please arrive on time and plan for up to 75 minutes total. The session is 60 minutes and the extra 15 is to allow time to check in before and after.
