China could put a station around the moon. Then have an army of robots controlled by humans on the station. Develop actual logistics in space to the station. Transfer people between earth station and moon station. Would be cool in my lifetime.... don't know if they would do it. I thought we'd be mining asteroids by now but we killed the shuttle program and spend 25 yeara and trillions on blowing up the Middle East to stay on oil and manufacture scarcity.
