Are you an EXISTING SUBSCRIBER? Please add subscriptions in your subscription Portal by logging in to your account, going to Manage My Subscriptions, navigating to the View Your Next Order Page and scrolling down to view all the subscriptions you can add. Just add your desired subscription to have it included in your next shipment. Shipping will no longer be refunded for additional subscriptions added through checkout.

Our Mail Club Subscription is the only exception to this rule as it is not available in the portal.

New monthly subscriptions are charged at checkout. You will not be billed on the first of the following month, but the month after. From there, you will be billed on the 27th while your subscription remains active. Our new Mail Club renews on the 28th of the month.

If you add any Cocoa Daisy Store products to your subscription order, they will ship out with your subscription the first week of June 2026. If you need your store items sooner, please place a separate order.
