Ras Malai is a royal sweet, often served on special occasions. This deliciously refreshing dessert consists of soft and light spongy balls/cakes , made from milk powder and dipped in sweetened fragrant milk. Recipe is very very easy .
INGREDIENTS: Milk 1.5 litre cardamom 5-6 sugar half cup Full cream milk powder 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cardamom powder just a pinch cooking oil 1 tbsp egg (large size) one pistachio and saffron for garnishing.
To make perfect rasmalai , follow the instructions carefully and measure accurately.
