Man 'with crossbow' shot dead by armed Met Police

A man has died after being shot by police officers responding to reports of a person armed with a crossbow forcing entry into a home.  At about 4.55am on Tuesday (January 30) police were called to a property in Bywater Place, near Rotherhithe and Surrey Quays in Southwark.
