Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz wins F1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, team mate Charles Leclerc takes second place. Three time champion Max Verstappen retires early from tyre fire, George Russell crashes out too.

00:16 It's completely melted the tyre.

00:19 It's made an absolute mess of the right rear corner.

00:24 And, er, yeah, whatever, it's the end of Max Verstappen's Australian Grand Prix.

00:31 Lost downforce and then the wheels tipped the car on its side.

00:36 So it was actually the wheels kept on by the tethers as they should.

00:40 Russell then had to get on the brakes.

00:43 He had oversteer.

00:44 Put him wide.

00:46 But as I say, the tethers keep the wheels in place.

00:48 But at that point, it's the wheels that actually turned the car over.
