We have tried to make some changes in this matter.
00:03
Alhamdulillah, we have cooperated from the top,
00:06
including the Ministry of Finance,
00:09
to ensure that the management of finance is good.
00:13
I cannot deny the steps taken by several senior officials.
00:18
But there are a few things that we have to pay attention to.
00:22
First, our suggestion to reform
00:28
is not yet implemented.
00:31
Both in the government,
00:34
in the legal body,
00:37
and in the government companies.
00:41
Greeks.
00:44
Sometimes people think that the settlement is a bribe
00:49
and they sometimes show off their wealth
00:53
from the people's funds,
00:55
the state's funds.
00:57
That is why the monitoring must be more thorough.
01:01
I have decided recently
01:04
for the Ministry of Finance
01:06
and the government as a whole
01:09
to form a committee
01:13
on two things.
01:15
The committee on the reform and rationalization
01:19
of legal bodies.
01:21
Because there are too many legal bodies
01:24
and they are high.
01:26
And it is difficult to rationalize
01:31
which means it needs to be reduced
01:33
and tidied up.
01:35
And there is a lot of expenditure.
01:37
Spending is out of control.
01:39
If you appoint a new minister,
01:41
the first thing to pay attention to
01:43
is the type of car,
01:45
the department to be changed.
01:47
Even though the department is already beautiful.
01:50
The Ministry of Finance, PM.
01:53
That is why I said
01:56
there is no need to change it.
01:58
There is no need to move it.
02:00
But sometimes we forget.
02:02
This is the meaning of
02:04
taklifun wala tashrif.
02:06
So I want the spirit of independence
02:08
to be meant
02:10
by seeing the people
02:12
rising up, waiting
02:14
for hours and nights
02:16
to welcome the love of the state
02:18
and to give trust
02:20
to those who hold
02:22
power.
02:24
The political leaders,
02:26
the public officials,
02:28
who are elected
02:30
only do their jobs
02:32
well.
02:34
The majority are good,
02:36
but they are deceived by the few.
02:38
That is why it is necessary
02:40
to rationalize the state.
02:42
It will move now
02:44
and will continue to act
02:46
and I will inform
02:48
so that we can get full cooperation
02:50
from the PM.
