00:00The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, or PCSO, continues to expand its charitable services.

00:06The PCSO hosted a charity summit with a theme,

00:09Building Bridges Through Partnership and Cooperation with Charitable Institutions,

00:14led by General Manager Mel Robles.

00:18The summit aimed to enhance collaboration and support within the charitable sector.

00:22Among the 200 participants were representatives

00:26from the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,

00:30charitable institutions, non-governmental organizations, or NGOs,

00:35and other PCSO partners.

00:39The purpose of this event is to bring all those involved into charity

00:45to share their best practices and how to make them more efficient.

00:49Our aim is to strengthen all those involved in charity

00:53so that the services of organizations like ours can expand.

01:00It's like a force multiplier.

01:03If we equip them, if we empower them,

01:06we will not be the only ones who can do charity.
