00:00Along with the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes, or PCSO,

00:06the first National Day of Charity was also held today.

00:11And as part of that, the LRTA gave PCSO a big improvement in their railway system.

00:18Earlier, PCSO General Manager Mel Robles rode the LRT2 train.

00:24And he learned the importance of the mass transport system.

00:27Here, General Manager Mel Robles emphasized the need to be environmentally friendly

00:32and to continue to advocate for rail transport.

00:35Meanwhile, Robles once again emphasized the purpose of PCSO,

00:39which is to further strengthen the charity works that are being carried out

00:44by the new Philippines, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:48It's faster. It only took us one hour from Central Station Manila to Rizal.

00:56In an hour. So that is very significant.

01:00And it just showcases the power of the mass transport system.
