Showers and storms to cause Saturday travel delays

Thunderstorms and rain showers could get in the way of your travel plans on Sept. 7.

00:00When it comes to travel, first glance we're doing okay in most areas. We do have some minor delays

00:03at Dallas-Fort Worth, but also low ceilings are the cause for major delays at Boston-Logan

00:09Airport, sitting right there along the coastline. So there are some issues there as well. And

00:13tomorrow we're going to have more delays in parts of the Northeast, New York City,

00:16showers, even a thunderstorm, scattered showers and storms in Miami. We're going to be a little

00:20windy in Chicago, just enough for a minor delay or two. Also, we're going to get breezy in the

00:25morning in Phoenix at Sky Harbor, maybe a minor delay or two. North Central,

00:29we're in great shape under that big high pressure system. Showers to the south though.
