Trinbago Knight Riders have jumped one spot to third after beating Barbados Royals by 30 runs in Tarouba last evening.

TKR made 175 for 7, with captain Kieron Pollard getting 42.

In reply, the Royals were restricted to 145 for 9, to slip to fourth position.

00:08Mahesh Tikshana made a mess of Jason Roy's furniture and the batter fell for
00:12a duck. When Nicholas Puran came to the wicket, his first delivery was stared to
00:17the fence. But his cameo ended at 27 while Shakir Paris went for 5.
00:28Casey Coarty and skipper Kyron Pollard had to then rebuild the innings. The two
00:35had a partnership that was worth 70 for the fourth wicket. Coarty was gone for
00:4332 giving Naveen Ul Haq his second scalp and Quinton de Kock his third catch.
00:48In came Andrew Russell who kept smashing a wide cherry out of the park.
00:55Pollard was out for 42 and Russell 31 with Tikshana grabbing three wickets.

01:15replied, left arm spinner Akhil Hossain and Jason Roy combined in removing both

01:25Wickham and the left-handed Alec Athanase. Wickham gave Hossain his third
01:31wicket when he was caught and bowled for 23. Athanase was out for a top score of
01:3844 with Roy taking his third catch of the match. David Miller chipped in with
01:43Thatcher but it was not enough. Terence Hines bowled well and picked up two

01:54and Chris Jordan grabbed three. Barbados Royals were restricted to 145 for 9
