00:20Bikes on pedestrian areas. I think bikes are allowed in Southport on the Chapel Street pedestrian area,

00:26but there's no marker to say bikes are allowed here.

00:30They're just weaving them out, and that's dangerous for people. It frightens people.

00:35I live in a big flat development, so there's hardly any kids at all,

00:39but certainly on the paths along the river, some of the bikes and scooters go a bit quick,

00:47especially on a Sunday when people are out with children.

00:50It's a motocross bike, and when you think about it, you can hear them coming from miles around.
