Well, I think there's more needed to be done to work with people who get into these issues,

not to punish them, but to sort their lives out really.

It depends on what they've been brought up to believe, and what they've been taught,

and how they've been treated themselves.

Bikes on pedestrian areas. I think bikes are allowed in Southport on the Chapel Street pedestrian area,

but there's no marker to say bikes are allowed here.

They're just weaving them out, and that's dangerous for people. It frightens people.

I live in a big flat development, so there's hardly any kids at all,

but certainly on the paths along the river, some of the bikes and scooters go a bit quick,

especially on a Sunday when people are out with children.

It's a motocross bike, and when you think about it, you can hear them coming from miles around.
