00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. maintained the Philippine government will not cooperate with the International Criminal Court or ICC

00:07to pursue its investigation against former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:11However, the chief executive says if ever the ICC does seek the intervention of Interpol,

00:16who in turn issues a red notice against the former chief executive,

00:20then the Philippines will be duty-bound to honor that request.

00:24While the part of the Philippine National Police or PNP cooperation with Interpol is no longer new,

00:30as it was even key to the arrest of dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo.

00:55And that's still, so that is the DOJ's responsibility to continue to examine all bits of comments,

01:08of statements, of testimony and eventually of evidence to see that this justifies a case to be filed.
