00:00Two people were killed and another injured when their four-wheel-drive vehicle skidded

00:06off the road and plunged into a 50-meter deep ravine in Penampang on Wednesday night.

00:12The accident occurred around 8 p.m., the Saba Fire and Rescue Operations Center said.

00:18They received an emergency call at 8.15 p.m. and dispatched nine firefighters and a fire

00:23engine to the scene.

00:25Medical personnel confirmed the deaths of two victims aged 40 and 49 at the scene.

00:31A third person was injured and taken to hospital for further treatment.

00:35The bodies of the deceased have been handed over to police for further investigation.
