Escudero denies reports media would be prohibited from covering impeachment debates on August 6

Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero on Tuesday, August 5 denied reports that the Senate will not allow members of the media to cover the impeachment debates inside the session hall.

This came after some Senate reporters got verbal instructions that the media would not be allowed to enter the plenary hall.
