01:06It is prudent to wait for the results rather than prematurely archiving, if not dismissing.
01:15Because I know for a fact, once it is archived, it is dead.
01:22So what happens if the Supreme Court reverses itself?
01:27Clear and blatant errors are present in the ruling of the Supreme Court.
01:32First, they misunderstood the legislative process in assuming that the 19th Congress adjourned Cine Dia in February 5.
01:44Grave error.
01:46Thus, effectively dismissing the first three complaints, paving the way for them to say,
01:52The archiving of the three complaints were done after the initiation of the fourth complaint.
02:06The one-year ban did not set in.
02:09Second, the decision practically amended the clear mandate by the Constitution by placing a hierarchy on the modes to initiate an impeachment complaint.

02:25Third, the Supreme Court retroactively applied the new definition to the present case in the violation of the doctrine of operative facts.
02:37Thus, voiding as well the impeachment proceedings of former President Estrada and Chief Justice Corona.
02:46They did not interpret the Constitution, Mr. President.
02:49They amended the Constitution.
02:51So lastly, the Supreme Court now has the chance to rectify these errors in its decision.
03:00So I was hoping to table it, to table the motion, so that we can afford, let us afford them this opportunity
03:09for the benefit of future impeachment processes
03:13and to uphold the clear mandate of the 1987 Constitution.
03:18All we needed to do was wait a little.
