37:19He's always going to want to cut back on his left foot, which means everyone's in front of the defence.
37:24If you've got the white men hitting the byline and the balls in behind the defenders, it changes the dynamic completely.

41:02You know, I appreciate that the game has changed and there isn't as many vocal leaders perhaps, but there's still people that have that desire to win games of football.
