00:00Manning St. Kang is approaching the end of 24 hours of continual cycling.
00:04He has been sat on this spot outside Molyneux, you can see it over there, since 2015 yesterday.
00:11So far he has done 229, nearly 230 miles. How are legs right now, Manning?
00:17They're still intact and still moving. I'm a little bit worried that they ain't going to stop.
00:23You feel like you're almost going to be walking down there and you're going to do yourself walking like you're cycling.
00:27I'm sure you get fans to lift the bike and just take me like I am, so it's all good.
00:33Ultimately, how's the experience been?
00:37Well, where do I start? It's just mind blowing really hard to put into words.
00:43After half an hour I actually thought, what am I doing?
00:47What am I doing? Where am I going with this?
00:50Because it was tough, straight away it was really, really tough.
00:53I thought we got into a rhythm. I've stuck to about 10 miles an hour, 11 miles an hour.
00:57I've stuck to a resistance of 30%. They don't work on zero, I can't freewheel.
01:03So we've got 30% resistance on. And here we are.
01:07And you've had the support of everyone around the world.
01:10Everyone, so many people from far and wide.
01:13My two friends from Yorkshire travelled and they came to serve in the RAR.
01:20They looked after me on a leery Friday night in Walthampton.
01:24So, you know, it's all good and incredible.
01:29I think we've gone past about 11 grand raise, but we haven't counted all the cash.
01:33So, there's a lot of money raised on the court, you know.
01:37So, right now would you like to say a big thank you to everyone?
01:40It's huge, you know, massive.
01:43I don't know how to actually thank people.
01:45My messages are flooded.
01:46Two minutes to go!
01:49I don't know. I don't know how to.
01:51What do I do? How do I help me?
01:53I left messages on this wall, as you can see.
01:57You know, they've come all through, I think.
02:00Just reading them is really super emotional.
02:04It's not me, it's the energy inside.
02:07I always say to people, it's not you, it's the energy inside.
02:10And we all have it.
02:11It's not hers and has it.
02:12So, yeah.
02:14Can't say much more than that.
02:16I'll leave.
02:17I've ruined the mass of my drinking.
02:19I'll use it, I hope.
02:20You came out for me.
02:21I believe you're doing it.
02:22I'll be doing a little crack.
02:23Maybe.
02:24How are you feeling, Manny? Five minutes left.
02:29Probably a little bit more, I think.
02:33Well, don't say that.
02:34I mean, come on, we've got the drama.
02:36230 miles, so it's made me travel to London and back.
02:40Wow.
02:41Fair do, mate.
02:42Without stopping with one energy gel.
02:45And I haven't had no proper mood yet.
02:47What have you done about toilet breaks?
02:49We didn't bother.
02:50Yeah?
02:51Yeah.
02:52Fair do.
02:53Yeah.
02:54Everything's good.
02:55Everything's feeling great.
02:56I'm not.

03:51He's going to donate his pocket money.
03:53Aww.
03:54What's the little man called?
03:58Cody.
03:59And he's donating his pocket money. Well done, Cody.
04:02Thank you very much.
04:05That was...
04:10Speech! Speech!
04:11Oh, man, you know what?
04:13I don't know how to describe what's just happened.
04:16We've done 230 miles.
04:18Woo!
04:19I've had one energy gel I haven't had yet.
04:22I've had a bit of water.
04:24I haven't stopped. I haven't been to the toilet.
04:27And it's like, how? I even question it.
04:30But it's because of the energy inside a human being.
04:33Every single person here also possesses the same energy.
04:37Please, I appeal to you.
04:39Get the 5% of crack that people share.
04:42Let's do a favour and let's share the 95% of goodness in the community.
04:48Because it's out there.
04:49Yesterday, I had two RAF military personnel looking after me from Yorkshire.
04:55That's humanity, isn't it, when we come together and do good things.
04:59So please, you know, help causes like Dementia UK.
05:02I think we've raised...
05:04We've added another £12,000 to the total.
05:08Which is amazing, you know.
05:10I wish I could thank everybody individually.
05:19It's just amazing, you know.
05:22I'm supposed to go to the game now.
05:27Thank you everyone for coming and supporting.
05:30You know, nothing's possible here.
05:32Three cheers to Mani! Hip hip! Hooray! Hip hip! Hooray! Hip hip! Hooray! Hip hip! Hooray!
