00:00Mud did little to deter thousands who turned out for Wynyard's annual Tulip Festival,
00:07with a break in wild weather coming just in time for festival organisers.
00:12It's been a frantic 48 hours. We had to have those sobering discussions of whether we'd still proceed.
00:20Damaging winds eased today across the north and northwest, allowing the clean-up and repairs to begin.
00:27Tas Networks says the number of disconnected customers is now down to around 1,500,
00:33after being as high as 21,000 yesterday.
00:36We were hiding. We had no power till about 1.32 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
00:40We were really lucky. We didn't lose any power or anything.
00:43We had a few trees down at home and a few things to tidy up.
00:46Producers in the north and northwest have also been battered by winds,
00:50like this berry farm, where many of its tunnels were damaged, which could take weeks to repair.
00:56Those crops that we were hoping to get in two to three weeks, now they might be four, five, six weeks away.
01:01They'll take a bit longer to come to market because obviously the Tassie spring is quite cold
01:05and we want to keep it as warm as possible under these tunnels.
01:09The SES says it received more than 100 calls for assistance over the last three days as the wild weather hit.
01:15While the winds have eased, Tasmanians are being asked to stay vigilant, as continued rainfall causes rivers to rise.
01:22At the request of the family, no further details have been released about a pair of people
01:27who died at a private property in the northwest yesterday when they were hit by a falling tree.
01:32But on the other hand, we were getting a bit later on.
01:35So, if we are doing an Aripi at the office, now we're going to have to do someацион and an energy of a living room again.
01:39We're going to be doing a bigger or two days after a successful October season and a night.
01:40We're going to be doing a little more so we're gonna have to take care of the ceiling.
01:44So, it's going to be real so that we can charge an Aripi at the ceiling.
01:46So, that's why we're going to be doing a job of coming in today's building and being able to fix the ceiling.
01:48So, I'm just going to be doing a job of the whole area as well.
01:50So, let's go to the main thing.
01:52Let's go to the ceiling of the ceiling.
