I want to condemn again the shocking Puggish writing last evening in Dublin and the attacks on Angorda Shekana.
00:07
Angorda Shekana are there to protect our community and our people.
00:13
They behave very professionally and very courageously and bravely.
00:18
And it is quite shocking that people would attack our Gardaí in this manner.
00:23
And there will be a very robust response from the criminal justice system.
00:28
And this is something that will not be tolerated.
00:31
And I know that the Minister for Justice, Jim O'Connor, is working with the Gardaí Commissioner in relation to all of this.
00:38
And are also with those who have been injured.
00:42
And we will continue to resist this type of behaviour.
