00:00Welcome to the video from the Car Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today it's all about the new Renault Estvet ET Electric,
00:07the all-electric delivery van with a retro look for modern urban logistics.
00:13The Estvet is a contemporary rebirth of the classic Renault Transporter from the 1960s and 1970s
00:20and was designed specifically for inner-city delivery traffic.
00:23With a length of around 5 meters and 30 centimeters and a width of around 1.2 centimeters,
00:32it remains compact, while its height of 2.60 centimeters allows people up to 1.90 meters
00:38to stand upright in the cockpit and cargo area.
00:44Visually, the Estvet is slightly different from its brothers, the Traffic and Goulet.
00:48Instead of the delicate light bar, an illuminated Renault Diamond is prominently displayed between
00:55the daytime running lights, while the main headlights are positioned lower.
01:01Also striking are the continuous running boards under the doors and the sliding doors with
01:06invisibly integrated rails that allow for smooth opening.
01:10At the rear, a practical roller blind provides access to the cargo area,
01:14a solution ideal for fast parcel deliveries.
01:18Estvet is technically based on the new Ampere platform with 800-volt technology and was developed
01:25in collaboration with the newly founded company Flexis, which Renault founded jointly with the
01:30Volvo Group and CMICGM.
01:34The vehicle will be produced at the French plant in Sandoval from 2026.
01:39The electric motor, developed in Europe, delivers 150 kilowatts of power, equivalent to approximately
01:46204 horsepower, and generates 345 newton-meters of torque.
01:53Two battery variants are available.
01:56A lithium-iron phosphate battery with a range of approximately 350 kilometers for commercial
02:02customers and a nickel-manganese cobalt battery for up to 450 kilometers, both according to the
02:08WLTP standard.
02:09According to an Italian source, the capacities are 60 and 81 kWh, respectively.
02:17Charging from 15 to 80% should be possible in under 20 minutes, although it remains unclear
02:22whether this applies to both battery variants.
02:24The Estvet thus fits seamlessly into a new generation of electric vans, which also includes the Renault
02:33Traffic and the Renault Goal.
02:36They all use a scalable, software-defined vehicle architecture.
02:41The Flexi is interpreted in various body variants such as the Stepin van, Panel van, and Cargo van.
02:47As always, you can find the link to read the article in our magazine in the video description.
