Two men in an MPV were killed after their vehicle collided with a truck late at night while travelling on the North-South Expressway near Juru on Wed (Nov 19).

The deceased, identified as driver Mohamad Nizar Abdul Rahman, 32, and passenger Muhammad Fakhrur Razi Usri, 31, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

00:09while traveling on the North-South Expressway near Juru on Wednesday.
00:14The deceased, identified as driver 32-year-old Muhammad Nizar Abdul Rahman
00:19and passenger 31-year-old Muhammad Fakrur Razi Usri, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
00:26Firemen were alerted to the incident at about 11.22 p.m. and rushed to the scene
00:31where they had to extricate both victims from the wreckage.
00:35The impact left the vehicle nearly completely crumpled, with much of its structure crushed.
00:41The driver of the lorry carrying fruits, 37-year-old Ismail Chedat, did not sustain any injuries.
00:48The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
