00:00The game between the Packers and the Broncos was really fun.
00:03Really, really good football game.
00:06Where were you?
00:07Were you involved in this one yesterday?
00:09I was prop-wise, but I was on the Broncos.
00:11I like the Broncos.
00:12I brought it up in the pregame.
00:14They were 6-0 at home this year prior to the game.
00:17And the margin of victory on their 10-game winning streak prior to the game
00:21against Green Bay was only 6.9 points per game.
00:24At home, though, it was significantly higher, 10 points per game.
00:27So they were a better home team than they were on the road.
00:30And, again, I just think that people were selling Bo Nix and this team short
00:33because it's Jordan Love, it's Matt LaFleur, this team is complete.
00:38And I just didn't see it that way.
00:40I still have concerns with Green Bay, big picture.
00:43Now, Jaden Rean got back involved in the offense again back-to-back weeks.
00:47Will that help?
00:48It's possible.
00:49But, again, it's just they're hot and cold.
00:52One week up, one week down, I feel like.
00:54You never get the consistency.
00:56But Sean Payton has an identity with this team.
00:59He has playmakers that he trusts.
01:01And love them or hate them, Bo Nix wins.
01:03I mean, you could say it's not flashy, you know,
01:06but he finds ways to pull it out.
01:09I think he's getting better.
01:10I think Sean Payton, again, I think Sean Payton should be getting more
01:15consideration for Coach of the Year, in my opinion.
01:18I think Mike Vrabel, honestly, I actually don't think Vrabel has much of any case
01:21anymore after yesterday.
01:23We'll get into that game a little bit more.
01:25Smashed.
01:25But, no, no, no.
01:27You know what's funny?
01:27I knew you.
01:28We'll get to it.
01:29We'll get to it.
01:30But I look at Denver, and since Sean Payton has come back.
01:34Right.
01:34He is perfect.
01:36Off a bye or mini-bye.
01:38Right.
01:39They're minus 260 to be the one seed.
01:40If they're the one seed, that means they have to win a home game off a bye
01:45to be one home win away from being in the Super Bowl.
01:49They're the rightful favorites right now to win the AFC, Denver.
01:52I really do believe that.
01:52Yeah, it's deserving.
01:53I mean, they stepped up.
01:55They made plays.
01:56Yeah.
01:56Their defense doesn't get enough credit.
01:58I mean, Sertan in that secondary forced Jordan Love to methodically work down the field.
02:04It was an ugly game early on.
02:05But in the second half, it was all Bo Nix.
02:08I mean, it throws four touchdowns.
02:10Cortland Sutton back over 100 yards.
02:13Troy Franklin always seems to hit the end zone.
02:15R.J. Harvey now catching and running the football after Dobbins goes down.
02:20I mean, they have multiple weapons.
02:21Evan Ingram every now and then.
02:23Stop.
02:24We're kidding with this, Ingram.
02:25No, but so here's the thing on Green Bay.
02:28You're done with them?
02:29So they lose Michael Parsons.
02:31And before this season, I was low man on Green Bay.
02:36I didn't have my postseason picture.
02:39And when they got Parsons is such a talent that so Miles Garrett is going to break the
02:44sack record.
02:45And on Friday, I was here in the office telling people I think Michael could still win defensive
02:49player of the year.
02:50I was probably wrong about that.
02:51That's how good I think he is.
02:53That's how good of a season I truly believe he was having.
02:57To lose Parsons now, I'm not that scared of the defense.
03:02And Parsons is, he said this when he got there.
03:06He's like, every single where I go, like, my corners get paid because they don't have
03:10to cover as long.
03:11Now you can't put in much attention.
03:12Everyone else now on that defense is worse.
03:16And chunk, you know, it wasn't a lot of plays, but they were hitting chunk plays for Denver
03:20when Parsons was out of that game.
03:23And now, instead of Ken Jordan Love get on a heater, he has to be great in order for the
03:30Packers to make a run.
03:31Yeah.
03:31I don't want to bet on that.
03:32No, I don't want to bet on that.
03:33I don't want to bet on it either.
03:35And I've been a big proponent of Green Bay.
03:37I have no problem betting them week to week, potentially.
03:41I have a problem betting them big picture.
03:43Sure.
03:44Because, again, to me, and I said this, you know, in the pregame on Sunday, is that I
03:49still, at this part in the season, still believe that Philly will get it right.
03:55You know, and to me, and I do, I do believe they'll get it right.
03:59Now they're going to have to compete with the Rams, right?
04:02All right.
04:02So if you put the Rams as the one seed, okay?
04:06Yeah.
04:06Do you believe Green Bay matches up well with them?
04:10I do believe Philly does.
04:12Listen, I thought, I can't stress this enough, I'm sure some will find it an
04:18overreaction.
04:20So, and here, this is, I was considering a Packers Super Bowl future for a few
04:27weeks, okay?
04:28I know you were.
04:29I am now considering betting them to miss the playoffs.
04:33That is how much of a loss I think Parsons is.
04:38Now, of course, it is impacted by the schedule.
04:41But very simply, if Green Bay loses to the Chicago Bears, all of a sudden, they
04:51will be fighting for their lives.
04:52Yeah.
04:53And that is a short Week 16, two-and-a-half, three-point spread.
