00:00Your neighbors over here had a package taken.
00:02You don't have to break me with eviction when I've done nothing wrong.
00:04He went past my apartment twice, then goes into his apartment,
00:08grabs a hoodie and tucks his hair into a beanie,
00:12and then comes out of the apartment. What do you think that means?
00:15I asked the neighbors. Nobody knows where this package went.
00:18It's my kid's Christmas present. It's the only thing I could afford.
00:22I can't work. My doctor won't sign off on my physical.
00:26It was lucky that she was able to catch it all on camera.
00:28I took the camera, and I see somebody walk by into your apartment.
00:33I click on the next one over. I see a hoodie with the same pants.
00:37I walk into my doorstep like he's going to knock on the door,
00:40and I'm like, oh, are they taking it?
00:43Most people call the police, but no, that's not what I do
00:45because I don't want to get somebody in trouble
00:47who may have just taken it over to their apartment to hold on to it for me.
00:52I call the office.
00:53Then she gives me a very short, sweet, and attitude-filled answer.
00:57Call the police.
00:58So that is exactly what she did.
01:01Broken Arrow Police Department.
01:03I'm Officer Diggs with the Broken Arrow Police Department.
01:04The reason why I was called over here is
01:06your neighbors over here had a package taken,
01:10and somebody in a blue hoodie yesterday
01:12walked over, grabbed a package, and walked right back in.
01:15They're just wanting their package back.
01:17I was at home yesterday, and everybody left,
01:22so I'm not sure.
01:24I don't know about a package being took.
01:26I've had packages brought to my house.
01:28I can pull up on my phone, but I don't.
01:32Well, they had video footage,
01:33and it clearly shows somebody coming out,
01:35collecting the package.
01:35Well, I wasn't home.
01:36What I'm saying is I wasn't here.
01:37I left yesterday for a grocery store.
01:39Nobody lives here but me and my daughter.
01:41I do have company.
01:42Okay.
01:42I'm not sure.
01:45Let me just preface this with
01:47after I spoke with the package owner,
01:50they don't want a police report.
01:51They don't want to do anything.
01:51They just want their package back.
01:52Yeah, what I'm saying is I don't steal packages.
01:55I make money.
01:55Is she trying to protect him,
01:57or is she telling the truth?
01:59I'm a dancer.
01:59I make money, so I don't...
02:02I could pull out a bankroll right now.
02:04That's not an issue.
02:05I don't steal packages.
02:06So is anybody here that has dreadlocks?
02:09No.
02:09Okay.
02:10Nobody lives here with dreadlocks.
02:11Let me throw this at you, okay?
02:15So if nobody else is here
02:17that could have taken the package,
02:19even though we've seen it on footage,
02:20I've seen it on footage,
02:21walk it right back in here.
02:22Okay.
02:23We're going to go to the front office
02:24and grab the eviction process on you guys.
02:26Eviction for what?
02:27I didn't do anything wrong.
02:28I wasn't even here.
02:30Well, they're going to file a clipboard with me.
02:32What I'm saying is I don't have a...
02:33I haven't seen a package today.
02:35There's nobody here with dreadlocks.
02:37Everybody that was here yesterday left.
02:39It's me and my daughter.
02:40Okay, can you call somebody
02:41into Hague?
02:42Yeah, I can definitely do that,
02:43but you don't have to threaten me
02:44with eviction when I've done nothing wrong.
02:46I don't have dreams.
02:47I can't train you to your apartment.
02:48Someone in that apartment
02:50surely has to know the truth.
02:52Either way,
02:52the neighbor decided to settle things
02:54by handing over $60
02:55to cover the cost of the package.
02:57But was it fair to make her pay it?
02:59And it started to make her happy with her.
03:00And it,
03:16and that wasn't the verdict ever.
03:17I don't know who the yours,
03:20unless I believe it's bad.
