Former Sydney Roosters skipper John Tobin has spoken candidly about eight years behind bars for cocaine smuggling, describing the personal collapse that led him there and the uncertain future he now faces.

00:33Look, it was my fault.

00:40I think once you take ownership of what we've done wrong,

00:43I think that's when you'll be able to be a fool.
