00:00Sunday night football, one of the biggest games you could argue in regular season games in recent NFL history.
00:09What's on the line?
00:11Well, for the Baltimore Ravens, the preseason Super Bowl favorites have had a nightmare of a season.
00:20They opened the year blowing a huge double-digit lead in Buffalo,
00:24where it looked like they were going to make a statement that they were definitively the team to beat in this league.
00:31That's what it looked like was there for Baltimore.
00:34That loss was then soon followed by four more in their next five games.
00:41They were a one-in-five football team entering into a bye week with an injured Lamar Jackson.
00:48Tyler Huntley saves the day.
00:50They beat the Bears.
00:52Lamar comes back.
00:53Steelers are the Steelers.
00:55Bengals are the Bengals.
00:56They should be all good.
00:58And then they lose on Thanksgiving, and then they lose to Pittsburgh.
01:01And the next thing you know, Lamar's injured again.
01:05So Tyler Huntley saves the day.
01:07Again, yeah, it was really Derrick Henry who saved the day,
01:10but it's just remarkable that the two biggest wins this season would by far have been with Tyler Huntley in a quarterback.
01:16But a win for the Ravens means your preseason Super Bowl favorites are in the dance.
01:21It means Lamar Jackson, the multiple-time MVP, gets a home playoff game, which very likely is not going to be against Josh Allen in round number one or round two.
01:32And Mahomes is out of the playoffs.
01:34So is Burrow.
01:35So Lamar is set up here for a run, a legitimate run, the run that a lot of people thought he was going to go on entering into this season.
01:43On the other side of the field, oh my.
01:46A Pittsburgh Steelers team that, well, they do what they always do, over 500.
01:54But it actually, multiple times, looked like they were going to be able to slam the door on this division.
02:00A 4-1 start.
02:03All they needed with the way things were in Baltimore.
02:06And then they lost to Cincinnati.
02:08Because they always lose a game they never should on the road in division.
02:13But it was all good.
02:14That win at Baltimore, a classic, classic Tomlin spot comes through.
02:20And then it was followed by beating Miami, where people thought the shoe would drop.
02:25And then it was followed by stunning Detroit in Detroit, who desperately needed the game.
02:30Desperately.
02:32And, well, here we are.
02:35A 9-6 Steelers team going to the playoffs.
02:39Making some believe they might go on a run.
02:43And then they lost to Cleveland.
02:44Because every single year, they could lose these road divisional games against terrible teams.
02:48And the Browns were a 3-1 team.
02:493-win team.
02:51So now, they're not just playing to win the division.
02:55And a home playoff game.
02:57And avoid this collapse.
02:58They might be playing to keep Mike Tomlin in Pittsburgh.
03:04There's been some rumors he's eyeing up other moves.
03:08Maybe goes to TV.
03:10Oh, yeah.
03:11And Aaron Rodgers.
03:13Soon-to-be first ballot Hall of Famer.
03:15Four-time league MVP.
03:17This could be the last game of his NFL career.
03:19Kind of a big game here in Pittsburgh, Joe.
03:25The Ravens booked like they're back.
03:29But the thing is, I don't know if I believe that price is because the books think they're back.
03:36And they actually just think Pittsburgh is a wasteland.
03:41You're scoring six points in Cleveland.
03:45This game is always close.
03:47It is.
03:48Lamar has always struggled in Pittsburgh.
03:50What are your early thoughts?
03:51Yeah, I can't buy into Lamar just because he's coming back.
03:54I would much rather buy into him potentially in a playoff spot than this game right here, right now.
04:00And again, I watched him on the primetime Sunday night game against New England.
04:04Tweaked his back.
04:06And there's no guarantee he's even going to make it through this game.
04:09He's been battling maybe injuries all season long.
04:13Call it for what it is.
04:14But if he's not going to be 100% and he's not going to run in this ballgame, I don't think they have a shot.
04:19Again, I think Pittsburgh will look to take away Derrick Henry in a rivalry game like this.
04:25I think they could contain him enough where he doesn't run for 150 in multiple touchdowns the way he did against Green Bay.
04:35And it obviously wouldn't shock me if Baltimore won.
04:40But with the home field, with a playoff game on the line, division on the line, I have to take Aaron Rodgers, and I can't believe I'm saying it, and Mike Tomlin in this spot.
