Harriet Pearl Alice Cohen, born on December 2, 1895, in London, England, was a British classical pianist. She studied at the Royal Academy of Music under Tobias Matthay, debuting at Chappell's Sunday concert at the Queen's Hall in 1914. She became known for her association with contemporary British music, premiering Ralph Vaughan Williams' Piano Concerto in C major in 1933 and recording Edward Elgar's Piano Quintet with the Stratton String Quartet. She collaborated extensively with composers such as John Ireland, Béla Bartók, Ernest Bloch, E. J. Moeran, and Sir Arnold Bax. She was also a pioneer in performing Tudor music and the works of J. S. Bach. Her only original compositions to be published were Russian Impressions (1913). She passed away on November 13, 1967, in London.
