Guy Avraham Gerber, also known as Guy Gerber, was born on August 4, 1974, in Holon, and is an Israeli electronic DJ and music producer. His first full-length album, Late Bloomers, released in 2007 on Sven Väth’s Cocoon Recordings imprint, featured worldwide club hits "Belly Dancing" and "Sea of Sand". He also contributed to the label's Cocoon Compilation F album. As a performer, he has been consistently rated one of the best acts in dance music, topping the top 10 performers for three consecutive years on Resident Advisor. After the success of his 2013 Wisdom of the Glove performance, he launched the Rumors project, beginning with the collaboration “No Distance” with Dixon. Rumors evolved into a record label, event series, and global brand, featuring collaborations with artists such as Miss Kittin and releases from Seth Troxler, Clarion, and Acid Mondays. Since its Ibiza debut in 2014, Rumors has expanded internationally with events in locations including Miami, Mexico, London, and Ibiza. He also released the EP Leave It On in 2023.
