A Mills Blue Rhythm Band foi uma big band de jazz do Harlem, Nova Iorque, formada em 1930. Inicialmente liderada pelo saxofonista Bingie Madison, a banda mudou o seu nome para Mills Blue Rhythm Band quando Irving Mills se tornou o seu empresário em 1931. A banda ganhou proeminência como uma das principais bandas de swing da década de 1930 e actuou sob vários nomes, incluindo Blue Rhythm Band. A banda tinha uma residência no Cotton Club no Harlem. A Mills Blue Rhythm Band gravou os seus primeiros singles "Let's Have A Jubilee / Out Of A Dream" em 1934 para a Columbia Records. O seu maior êxito foi "Solitude" (1935), alcançando o 8º lugar nas tabelas. Depois de deixar a Columbia em 1937, a banda gravou para a etiqueta Variety de Irving Mills até se dissolver em 1938. Irving Mills reviveu o nome Mills Blue Rhythm Band para duas sessões de gravação em 1947.
