Resistance D, an electronic dance music live act, was composed of Frankfurt-based producers Maik Maurice Diehl and Pascal Dardoufas (known as Pascal FEOS). The duo debuted with the single"Cosmic Love" in 1991 on the short‑lived Cyclotron label, positioning them among the pioneers of German trance. Their breakthrough came in 1993 with the Human EP released on Harthouse; the title track became a club hit across Europe, earning a cult status through rare remixes by Arpeggiators, Progressive Attack, and Laurent Garnier. Resistance D was voted “Live Act of the Year” by Groove Magazine in 1993 and 1994, and they performed at major events in the United States, Japan, Australia, and Europe, and released a recording of their live performance at Winter Mayday 1995. After Harthouse folded, they signed with Planet Vision, releasing "Impression" in 1998, which reached the German Media Control Top 70. The group produced remixes for notable artists such as DJ Hell, Sven Väth, and Jean Michel Jarre. Pascal FEOS passed away in May 2020; four years later, Resistance D returned with Ramon Zenker and released the single "Neon Party" in October 2024.
