Memory Garden is a doom metal and heavy metal band from Kumla, Sweden, formed in December 1992. The group initially released the Forever EP in 1995, and their debut full-length album Tides in 1996, both recorded at Fredman Studios by producer Fredrik Norman. In 1996, they signed with Metal Blade Records and released Verdict of Posterity in 1998, followed by Mirage in 2000. The band supported these albums with extensive European tours, including appearances at the Wacken Open Air festival. After leaving Metal Blade in 2002, they continued their musical journey under Vic Records and later returned to Metal Blade for the release of Doomain in 2013. In 2021, they released their sixth full-length album, 1349, a concept album about the bubonic plague pandemic of 1349. Throughout their career, they have maintained a consistent lineup with key members including Stefan Berglund on vocals and Tom Björn on drums.
