Charlotte Vigel, better known as Tiggy, was born in 1970 on Bornholm, Denmark, and is a Danish singer and TV presenter. She began performing at age ten, later studying at a music school in Lund and the Copenhagen Academy of Music. In 1996, she signed with Flex Records and released the single "Ring-A-Ling", which reached Number 1 on the Danish singles chart and went platinum within a month. The follow‑up single "Simsalabim" also topped the chart. Her debut album Fairytales was released in 1997, followed by the self‑titled album in 1999. She has contributed to Danish film soundtracks and hosted the radio programme Morgenhyrderne.
