Field storage definition for 'id' could not be found.

Hello, I am migrating a drupal 7 site to 9. I am getting "Field storage definition for 'id' could not be found." error when i try to import data from Drupal 7. 

[error]  Field storage definition for 'id' could not be found. (C:\xampp\htdocs\chirothin_d9\web\core\lib\Drupal\Core\Entity\Sql\SqlContentEntityStorageSchema.php:971)

Migration id : d7_eck_type.
