They can then discuss their case further with the individual designated to receive and investigate reports, all within the FaceUp whistleblowing platform and anonymously, if they wish.

Once submitted, the case is assigned to a designated person within the organization, known as an assignee. If needed, the whistleblower and assignee can continue their communication through the FaceUp platform, anonymously if preferred, until the issue is resolved.
