"Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition in the Workplace"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I really appreciate Achievers within my workplace because it brings our staff together. We all leave recognition for one another that would otherwise go unsaid. Every time I check my email, and I have a recognition, it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel appreciated at my job. Being able to recognize my coworkers brings a sense of community and teamwork to an otherwise stressful job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

My one critique of Achievers is that we cannot give points out unless we are in a leadership position. I think it would be fun if I was able to transfer points to another peer when giving them a recognition. This would further incentivize the platform for us because we could recognize each other with points rather than just words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Rewarding, and Outstanding Customer Support"
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers is very customer friendly, being intuitive to use and follow. There are sections with lots of templates to recognise people in your organisation, with social or financial rewards.

There is also features to spend vouchers, with an impressive variety of favorite retailers.

Customer support is quick, normally within an hour, so very user friendly. It is a system that you use weekly rather than daily but that is what it is for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

A recent change makes it harder to see you balance to give and to spend. By default you have to press an icon to see both. This is not intuitive and rather annoying. I suspect it is to make the screen tidy but you need to see your balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition That Boosts Positivity and Connection"
What do you like best about Achievers?

What I honestly like most about Achievers is how simple it makes recognising people. It takes just a few seconds, but it genuinely brightens someone’s day and mine too. I also enjoy scrolling through the recognition feed as it’s a nice reminder of all the great work happening across the firm that we don’t always get to see.

I also appreciate that the platform nudges you to be more specific and value-focused. It makes the recognition feel more real and personal, not just a quick “thanks”. And the flexibility with the rewards is a nice bonus. Overall, it just makes the workplace feel a bit more positive and connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

There isn’t much to dislike, but there are a couple of small things that could make the experience even smoother. At times the recognition feed gets quite busy, and it’s easy for thoughtful messages to get buried. A bit more personalisation or smarter filtering would help highlight what’s most relevant.

I’ve also noticed that some useful features aren’t immediately obvious, so you only discover them after spending more time on the platform.

Overall, these are minor improvements, the platform is already great, but a few tweaks could make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition Made Easy for New Hires"
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers offers an easy and effective way to acknowledge coworkers who exceed expectations, as well as those who lend a hand even outside their own teams or departments. As a recent hire, I found the platform intuitive and simple to get started with, and was a fun way to engage with employees while also acknowledging the help they were giving me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

Although this concern is more about the organization than the program itself, I’ve observed that the program is not frequently used to acknowledge people for their accomplishments. Furthermore, I’m not particularly fond of the fact that gift cards are offered only in virtual format. It would be beneficial if there were physical gift card options that could be mailed directly to recipients’ homes. It also takes far too long for rewards to be received. "Great for Instant Recognition, But Reward Options Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I like Recognize because it makes appreciation effortless and meaningful. The platform’s intuitive design allows employees to give and receive recognition instantly, boosting morale and fostering a positive culture. Users value its peer-to-peer recognition, customizable badges, and the ability to earn points redeemable for rewards like gift cards and experiences. The social feed and integration with tools like Microsoft Teams makes recognition visible and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

Limited reward options and low point values, making it hard to redeem meaningful rewards. Sometimes the navigation and search features are frustrating, lack of engagement features, points expiring too quickly and restricted badge variety, which can limit recognition flexibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform with Fun Features, But Rewards Could Be More Valuable"
What do you like best about Achievers?

THe platform is easy to use and has a number of features employees should enjoy like mentions, follows, etc. There's a nice variety of items that can be obtained from the rewards store although I mostly just go for the gift cards. I use the platform at least once per month to give out points and cash in points for gifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

It's not as valuable in terms of point -> gift card reward value. There are other programs out there that give a better bang for the buck (point). But for simplicity, it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Achievers is an easy to use portal with quick delivery of e-gift cards"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I've been using achievers for ~5 years now, first in Ireland, and now in the US. I find it really easy to recognize colleagues and let others know about the recognition. I almost always choose to purchase e-gift cards with my reward points and find they are typically delivered quickly, sometimes within an hour, other times a day or so. I have had to reach out to customer service over 1/2 orders over the years but they were very helpful following up to identify what had gone wrong and provide the item ordered. Overall a really easy way to award points, and to cash in points received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

No significant downsides. In Ireland the catalogue of gift cards changed a few times and gift cards I loved were removed which was a pity. In the US, I don't have this issue as prepaid mastercards are available which can be used anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's a nifty concept -- allows for celebrations of all sorts for all employees"
What do you like best about Achievers?

It somehow ties in with HR systems to know people's birthdays, anniversaries, years of service, and other milestones. The interface is easy and straight forward to use. I typically log in about once per month to see what's happening with whom. I also like that I can award points to individuals for almost any reason, and then users (like myself) can take those points and purchase gift cards and other items. I can't say how easy the platform was to implement or how customer support is, but overall it's been great to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

The only issue I have with the platform is it seems to take a lot of points to earn rewards. And I mean _A LOT_. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Recognition and Boosts Morale"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I use Achievers to recognize people who have done a good job and helped me in my journey, which is especially helpful as I'm new to the firm. I like being rewarded for the work I've done, which makes me feel good. What I like most about Achievers is the option to share reviews with managers so that anyone can see others' achievements. If I give my friend gems, not only can I see it, but everyone in the firm can see it, which is effective, especially in the corporate consulting landscape. People giving me gems and acknowledging what I've done well helps showcase my skills, which can potentially lead to more work opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

It's very easy to forget that you have these gems that you can give out each month to people you believe are hardworking, curious, or inspiring. There isn't much of a reminder that you should be giving out these gems, and that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Workplace Recognition, Needs Mobile Optimization"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I like that Achievers has a dashboard that's kind of like a social media style where I can see posts most relevant to me. It helps me get a sense of the people who are closest to me, what they're doing, and what they're achieving. It always seems to show me the people I know well. It's also been seamless with no technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

I think maybe if I could use it on my mobile phone, that would be great. Because at the moment, it does not work if I try and access it on my work phone. And even just by clicking on the email, on my laptop, I still have to then go to a different page to sign in, and it takes a little bit of time. So it would be better if it was more seamless.
