I really appreciate how Branco has automated the process of continuous feedback. It operates seamlessly in the background and sends notifications through Slack. Once set up, you can essentially forget about it and still receive highly insightful feedback about yourself or your team. All of this feedback is conveniently displayed in the dashboard, which makes one-on-one meetings much more productive and saves a significant amount of time. For employees, it’s helpful to map out your career path and gain a clear understanding of what steps are needed to reach the next level in your role, while managers benefit from having an accurate and transparent view of performance.
