What do you like best about Connecteam?

The platform offers a wide range of features that are genuinely useful for managing a team — task assignments, communication tools, document storage, and more. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the functionality, and on the surface, it ticks many boxes for businesses like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The constant upselling is exhausting. Many features are locked down unless you pay for additional upgrades, which makes the experience feel more like navigating a budget airline — everything is an extra. The pricing is steep, especially for small to medium-sized businesses. I also felt misled during the onboarding process; some functions I believed were included turned out to be part of higher-tier plans. On top of that, you're pushed into frequent Teams meetings that often feel more sales-oriented than supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
