What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms powers all of our external forms—screening, intake, and more. It’s straightforward, powerful, collects every piece of data we need, and looks great doing it. Challenges we once thought impossible have been easily solved thanks to Gravity Forms.

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about it.

The user interface, both on the backend and the frontend, is excellent. Building forms and setting up notifications is a breeze, and our users find it easy to navigate. With so many options for customization, it really does feel like there are no limits to what we can accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Occasionally, after updating one of our regularly used internal forms, we have to clear our caches to prevent it from hanging. As long as we remember to do that, everything runs smoothly.

What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

We rely on Gravity Forms to handle our complex intake needs, which often involve extensive branching and conditional logic. This lets us seamlessly recommend specific client tracks based on form responses and simplifies how donors and volunteers reach out. We also use Gravity Forms to manage surveys for gauging our brand health and other feedback, keeping everything centralized and easy to analyze. "The BEST Contact Form Plugin - & We've Tried Them All!"

What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

This plugin has proven extremely reliable and has saved us lots of troubleshooting hours that were required by some of other popular form builders on the market. What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many clients needed a reliable contact form. Some clients need contact forms with more advanced features. For example, one client needed a PayPal integration to handle payments for conference registrations. Another client needed advanced spam features not available with other form builders. What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Out of all of the Form builder plugins I've tried for WordPress, Gravity Forms has been my favourite for its range of features and options and reliability. It's easy to use and provides enough granular control over the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Even with the paid Developer license, I feel like Gravity Forms could try to offer a bit more in terms of specialty form field types and when it comes to form design and styling. Of course, there's the ability to buy add-ons and extensions, but it's harder to justify that expense to clients or managers who don't quite understand what the expense is for. Gravity Forms is our default/go-to Form Builder solution for our WordPress-powered websites. We host over 60 sites and we use Gravity Forms on all of them because it's dependable and easy to set up. They replace the default contact form module that comes with our theme and give us the ability to control exactly how a form works, what happens when a form is submitted, and enables the ability to integrate with 3rd party platforms and use Google ReCAPTCHA for spam filtering.
