What I appreciate most about Ivalua is how flexible and powerful the platform is. It's designed to adapt to complex and highly specific business needs, thanks to its wide range of features and customization capabilities. What do you dislike about Ivalua?

The flexibility of Ivalua sometimes comes with complexity. The initial implementation can take time, and integrations—especially in large, enterprise environments—require very clearly defined requirements. It’s not plug-and-play, and the learning curve can be steep for administrators and end-users.
