"Streamlined Test Management with a Few Areas for Improvement"
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase provides a clean and intuitive interface that makes test management straightforward and collaborative. Creating, organizing, and executing test cases is smooth, and the integration with CI/CD pipelines and popular tools (like Jira, GitHub, and Slack) adds real value to QA workflows. Reporting and analytics are also strong ,it’s easy to get a clear view of test coverage and progress across projects. Overall, it reduces manual effort and improves visibility for both testers and developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

While Qase is powerful, there are a few areas where it could improve. The performance can slow down when handling very large test suites, and the learning curve for some advanced features may feel steep for new users. Customization options for reporting and dashboards could be more flexible, and offline accessibility is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Test Management with Exceptional Usability and Clear Data Display"
What do you like best about Qase?

We recently adopted it and its features have surprised us quite a bit. The usability is exceptionally high-quality and the way data is displayed is incredibly clear. It's a very powerful tool for test management, and it also allows integrations with other applications. I'm currently using RobotFramework and will soon be using Jira. What do you dislike about Qase?

At the moment, I haven't yet identified anything I dislike about the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customer support review"
What do you like best about Qase?

On September 8, 2025, I encountered a login issue: every time I tried to sign in, the website redirected me back to the main login page without any error message. This made it impossible to access my account, and I wasn’t sure whether the problem was related to my Google account, my Qase account, or something else. I contacted Qase support, and here are my thoughts:

Extremely fast response time — I received assistance almost immediately.

The support team was polite and guided me through the process step by step.

The instructions were clear, included direct links, and even a helpful screenshot.

After following the recommendations, everything worked smoothly without further issues.

Overall impression:

A very positive support experience: quick response, clear instructions, and friendly communication. The problem was fully resolved in just a few minutes. Thank you for the excellent support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

There was a slight misunderstanding at the beginning: I thought I needed to change my Google account password. Perhaps the wording of the answer could be made a little clearer for users who are not familiar with the difference between a Google password and a Qase password. "Migrating to Qase has"
What do you like best about Qase?

I’m really enjoying using Qase so far. We used a different test management tool before, and I like Qase much more. The UI is intuitive, simple, and visually appealing. Features like Test Plans, Test Cases, Repositories, and Shared Steps make it easy to keep all my tests organized. Project settings are highly customizable, which is a big plus. Integrating Qase with our CI/CD was straightforward and worked almost immediately after we were granted access. I use it almost daily to monitor the health of my test suites, and it’s made the whole process much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I don’t have any major dislikes about Qase. The UI is visually appealing, though some areas could benefit from a more modern update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Lightweight Yet Capable QA Tool"
What do you like best about Qase?

As a QA professional responsible for managing regression test cases, I’ve been using Qase regularly and have found it to be a small but efficient tool for test case management. It’s easy to navigate, fast to set up, and generally gets the job done without unnecessary complexity.

One of Qase’s strongest points is its excellent customer service. Any time I’ve run into issues or needed help, their support team has been responsive and helpful in troubleshooting.

Another positive aspect is that Qase is evolving quickly, with frequent updates and feature rollouts. That said, one downside is that the new “QaseNew” interface or format still feels incomplete—it isn’t quite ready for full use, and some features seem to be in transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I’m hopeful future updates will bring more stability and better usability, especially if Qase can eventually integrate large language models (LLMs) to offer more intelligent test management and automation support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase is very intuitive and easy to use. The support team is excellent — every time we have a question, they provide quick, personalized, and helpful assistance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I wish the integration with Jira for test cases were more straightforward, and that test cases were displayed more visibly within Jira tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of or probably the best test case management tool out there"
What do you like best about Qase?

It's speed and it's customisation options. Also it's integration options making it simple to incorporate into current flows. It's responsive and fast overall when loading big test repositories. Customer Support being available via the bubble in the top is a big game changer compared to other platforms. Reports are generated in seconds/minutes unlike others like TestRail which were taking hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Compared to TestRail and TestLink, Qase is much more realiable making it difficult to comment on this. Some features are in the works to be implemented such as more customisation options to the Dashbaord so currently that's one thing to dislike but it's being improved upon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QASE Delivers Exactly What a QA Team Needs"
What do you like best about Qase?

We’ve been using QASE as our test management tool and are extremely happy with it. The platform is simple, intuitive, and easy to use, making it ideal for both QA engineers and other team members involved in the testing process. Its clean and well-structured interface allows us to organize, run, and track tests efficiently without unnecessary complexity.

QASE provides all the features we need for effective test management, including test case organization, integrations, reporting, and collaboration tools. Everything works smoothly and reliably.

One of the standout aspects is their excellent support team. They are not only responsive and quick to help, but also provide an outstanding level of technical expertise and customer care. Every interaction we’ve had with them has been efficient and helpful.

Overall, QASE has been a valuable addition to our QA process, and we highly recommend it to any team looking for a reliable, user-friendly test management solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The only downside we've experienced with QASE is related to Test Runs.

If a test case is updated after a Test Run has already created, the changes are not reflected within that active Test Run. This can sometimes lead to confusion or outdated steps being executed, especially in fast-paced testing cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Clean and Intuitive Test Management Tool for Agile QA Teams"
What do you like best about Qase?

QASE strikes a great balance between usability, modern design, and essential test management features. The UI is clean and easy to navigate — even non-QA stakeholders like developers or product managers can browse test cases or test runs without needing guidance.

We especially appreciate:

The ability to link manual and automated test results.

Flexible test plans with multiple configurations and milestones.

Useful integrations with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Playwright.

The REST API is well-documented, making it easy to plug into our automation workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

While QASE handles most of our needs excellently, it falls short in parameterized or data-driven test cases. There's no native way to manage "Scenario Outline"-style datasets or re-run the same test case with multiple data variations.

We’d also love:

More customization options in test step fields (e.g., a third column for data).

Better exploratory testing support.

Slight improvements in reporting (especially for filtering and grouping automated vs. manual results in mixed runs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
