What do you like best about ScrewDrivers?
I’ve got to say, the latest update to ScrewDrivers V7 managed printing has impressed me. This upgrade has been a game-changer for us, especially when streamlining our onboarding printer assignment workflows. It’s tackled many of the headaches we dealt with in the older, unsupported product Simply Printing version. Honestly, it’s improved things in ways I didn’t even realize we needed! The new UI is super user-friendly, everything runs more efficiently, and we’ve noticed a huge drop in printer downtime and zero user missing printer issues that plagued us previously. Our daily operations are so much smoother now, and everyone on our team is raving about it. Hats off to the ScrewDrivers team for putting so much thought and creativity into Version 7!
On top of the awesome product, I can’t say enough about the incredible support we got during the switch. Onai, our salesperson, was just fantastic to work with. She’s professional and took the time to dig into how we used ScrewDrivers in our environment. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she made my decision to invest in the upgrade a no-brainer. Onai listened to our specific challenges with the outdated Simply Print version, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I felt good about every step of the upgrade process. She treated us like true partners, not just another sale, which meant a lot to me.
Then there’s Nikolay, who provided direct tech support – I’m honestly so grateful for his help. After the update, he made sure everything went off without a hitch. His know-how and patience stood out as he guided me through setting things up and sorted out a few small glitches with activating the new print server. What really impressed me was his dedication – even jumping in remotely to help me on his day off! Because of him, we had almost no downtime during the project and were back up and into production in no time. You could tell he genuinely cares about making sure we succeed.
All in all, the ScrewDrivers V7 update has gone way beyond what I expected the benefit of the upgrade would bring, and having Onai and Nikolay in our corner made the whole experience even better. We’re thrilled to keep using this top-notch solution on our Terminal Server and can’t wait to see what the ScrewDrivers team cooks up next. If you’re on the fence about upgrading, trust me – you won’t regret it!

What do you dislike about ScrewDrivers?
(1) License Renewal Process. The lack of an automatic license renewal and the amount of manual handling is less then desired.
(2) A more proactive notification system about renewals (Emails Notice) would be nice. This might be better now that we are on the latest version, time will tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
