What do you like best about SnapHire?

SnapHire has a lot of capabilities that render it an effective ATS for many different organizations, and it is a favorite among many nonprofits. Very importantly, the customer service is superbly personal and thorough. It's reliable in that there have never been any outages or losses of data. It interfaces with many different programs, allowing easy cross-posting and management of applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapHire?

For the product it is offering, it's quite expensive. Newer ATS companies are providing elevated services that candidates and administrators love for a much lower cost. The interface is clunky and outdated, and it makes for a poor candidate experience when setting up the application, sending out communications, and designing the experience overall. Categories don't always make sense and the organization of the system itself can be confusing, leading to difficulty when trying to make modifications. Lastly, the metrics available for sourcing are very hard to navigate and are often unreliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
