What do you like best about Wellable?

Wellable isnt just a step tracker, it supports wellness across many areas such as physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness, preventative care, etc., with custom challenges and content tailored to my organization's needs. The platform connects to my apple watch. It rewards healthy behaviors. Wellable is very accessible, I can manually log my activities as well making it inclusive. Makes wellness more engaging and fun with challenges and gamified tracking. Rewards me for my healthy choices and habits. Helps me stay motivated with social and team elements. What do you dislike about Wellable?

Wellable doesn't always automatically sync with my apple watch and health apps. Occasionally, glitches happen that lead to lost points. Limitations on customization and feature flexibility. Wellable isn't too good with culture surveys and sentiment analytics. Not robust for reporting and admin features. It's not simple activity focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Motivating, Practical, and Fun Way to Stay Active"
What do you like best about Wellable?

I love everything in this application because it supports me with tracking exercise activities, and it assigns Wellable points in a practical and impactful way with a daily limit points. Also, the guidance with on-demand activities to encourage being active is excellent with the friendly contents with nicely presenting them via on-demand media. The additional support with special activities time-to-time parallel to the on-demand activities are superb to being engaged with well-being goals. The boxing bootcamp held on October 21st is a good example to feel a good customer service. Because, the nice and professional way of presenting the activity by the trainer is rated by 10/10 by myself, and selecting such professionals to provide these activities just represents the best customer service from the Wellable. Also, it's easy to use the application with its user-friendly implementation of the application and it has supported and encouraged me to frequently use it. This ease of integration supports me effectively being active and healthy in my busy professional life. I want to continue with Wellable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wellable?

Wellable is an easy-to-use app that makes it simple to begin your fitness journey. It also offers more advanced features for those who want to add some variety and excitement to their routines. I enjoyed the pre-recorded workouts as well as the live classes available. As someone who runs daily, I appreciate discovering new ways to diversify my fitness activities. I also found it great that the app can be used for so many different purposes, such as calming down, relaxing, or even helping me fall asleep, among others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wellable?

I had a few sync issues. For example I had to go into my fitness device in order for it to accurately count my steps. I also had issues when trying to figure out how to upload my photo, but it was very easy to contact support and they were quick to help me figure out what to do. What do you like best about Wellable?

I appreciate how it makes me more aware of my daily activity levels, and for that reason, it also encourages me to stay more active throughout the day.

I loved all the webinars I attended; I learned a lot, and some of them were so fun. All the instructors were so knowledgeable and answered everyone's questions in a way that you could fully understand.

The app is so easy to use, not even once needed to call customer support because the app is so user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Wellable?

What do you like best about Wellable?

Our team members really enjoy Wellable's monthly team competition. We love the variety of ways to earn points ... mental and physical health. Some team members have their physical fitness tracking devices synced to Wellable, while others enjoy earning points through the on-demand videos, daily challenges, and special activities.

We also enjoy the live events hosted in Wellable. I joined September’s Self-Care Series Sleep Smart Trivia event. The host was lively, energetic, and engaging, which is so difficult to do in the webinar style, without direct audience interaction, that this event was hosted in. There was a good variety of questions; something for everyone. We're now working with Wellable to host a custom trivia event for our team's year-end gathering. What do you like best about Wellable?

What I liked best was the prepopulated communication emails, they made it so easy to keep participants engaged without spending extra time drafting reminders or updates. The platform was intuitive, and I didn’t experience a single issue with participants connecting their apps or devices, which had been a concern going in. Overall, Wellable saved a significant amount of administrative time, provided a seamless user experience, and made running our wellness challenge much more efficient and enjoyable. What do you dislike about Wellable?

One area of opportunity would be to include more integrations, such as a Slack integration to make it even easier to share updates and encourage participation directly within our internal communication channels. What do you like best about Wellable?

I like that Wellable provides a well-rounded approach to health and overall wellbeing! There are education opportunities, motivation and support with putting healthier habits in place. I love that there is variety in the education and reminders of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, etc. The Wellable app is user friendly and easily accessible. It can be hard to find what I am looking for. For example, I receive an e-mail about joining a challenge with a link that only takes me to a specific video to watch. I can't find the basic information about the challenge and what steps are required to complete it. Wish I could have a selection where I could check the challenge and see all the information about it. Also wish I could download the slides to have as reference material for some subjects. What do you like best about Wellable?

I really appreciated how convenient and accessible everything was—whether it was the workouts, meal plans, or other resources available through the app and website. What do you dislike about Wellable?

One aspect I didn’t particularly like was the daily cap or maximum limit on the number of points I could enter during the competition through my job. It sometimes felt a bit restrictive, especially on days when I was more active and wanted my efforts to be fully reflected. That said, I do understand that having a cap in place has both advantages and disadvantages—it helps keep the competition fair and consistent for everyone, even if it limits individual flexibility.
