It simplifies the process for student check-ins and queue management, allowing me to document notes efficiently and tag student accounts with useful details like cohort information for future reference. The customer service aspect of Achieve is exceptional. Bobby, in particular, is extremely helpful, always eager to assist and demonstrate new functionalities, which makes me feel heard and valued as a customer. His enthusiasm and care instill confidence in using Achieve. These features enhance my ability to track and manage student cohorts and special populations, streamline follow-up appointments, record and refer to previous notes, and organize all necessary student information in one centralized platform. Additionally, Achieve integrates seamlessly with our university's LMS and Banner systems, allowing real-time access to student grades which facilitates meaningful conversations during advising sessions. This integration capability further enhances its usability and effectiveness.
