We've used Joomag for a decade to product 1-2 digital magazines each month and it's been a wonderful experience. The software itself only took a few days to master and onboarding staff over the years has been easy. It allowed us to display our magazines in a much more professional format than a plain PDF and we were also able to publish to the App Store and Play Store directly from Joomag's back end. The web version integrated easily and automatically into our website with just a snippet of code. Their customer service team was alway prompt and friendly, helping as fast as they could and we've had very few issues over the years.

We produce several monthly publications and have been using Joomag exclusively since 2019. We are very happy with the ease of use and mostly-intutive interface, as well as the rich features that a license offers. But where the rubber meets the road is the exceptional customer service when you get yourself into a jam. Their crack team is very responsive, competent and personable. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the software as well as the people of Joomag, and I highly recommend this company and its products!
