Refund policy
1. Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different product within 14 days of item arrival. (We do not offer returns for refunds.) Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
*Jewelry cases are final sale are not eligible for returns. (please reach out to customer support within 7 days of delivery if there is existing damage upon arrival). If you purchase the Redo protection at checkout, it does not include returns for cases--only package protection from lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event your case arrives damaged, please reach out to support@getpiercedco.com
We now offer return protection through Redo. For an additional $1.98 at checkout, you can return items from your order for exchange or in-store credit for FREE!
You are responsible for shipping costs for the return if you have not purchased Redo return insurance.
Returns and Exchanges Are NOT available for subscription items or items marked 'final sale.' Original shipping, Shipping Protection, and Redo return insurance are NoN-Refundable.Â

2. Defective or Broken Jewelry
(Please note: if you are adjusting the tension bond on your flat back stud, only insert the pin 1-2mm into The Post to bend it. If you insert it further than that, you will be bending it too close to the weld on the decorative top, and the pin can snap off. We DO NOT replace Jewelry that is damaged due to bending the post incorrectly. Please follow the directions on the card sent with your order, or watch this VIDEO for a demonstration.)
Please inspect your Jewelry as soon as you receive it. We Pride ourselves in High Quality Jewelry, but we occasionally run into manufacturing defects. If your Jewelry is broken or breaks within 90 Days of purchase, we will happily replace the item! Please email: support@getpiercedco.com with your order #, description of damage, and of course photos! Upon receiving the photos, our team will approve or deny your request and you will be notified by email. If approved, we will send an order with the replacement item(S).
3. Lost Jewelry
We do not replace Jewelry that is lost, dropped down the drain, falls out due to the tension on the pin of a flat back stud not being tight enough, etc. We encourage you to check the tension on your flat back stud each time you put them in.
We understand that losing an earring or piece of Jewelry can be frustrating, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements for lost items. Just as a shoe company wouldn’t replace a single lost shoe, we cannot replace lost earrings or Jewelry after they have been received.
If you need a single earring as a replacement, we recommend checking if we offer the style as an individual piece.
