Thanks for your interest, and I'm so pleased you enjoyed Lucas and Alex and their reluctant adventures. Lucas and Alex are kind of like pressure-valve releases for me. When I'm working on something that's angsty or emotionally taxing, I will occasionally go play in their sandbox for a while and write shorts or chapters for them in between chapters of other things.

So, to answer your question: yes, there is another adventure in the works, but its chapters are coming between chapters of other things. So I probably won't have anything done for them this year, but maybe next. In the meantime, there are a couple of other Lucas and Alex shorts on my website, if you're interested.

Hi Carol, I've completed the whole Wolfs Own series now. Thank you so much, I loved them. You left the ending quite open for more adventures. Will you be writing any more about Malick and Fen?

First, very belated thanks--I'm glad you liked the series, and it makes me happy that you enjoyed it enough to want more.

I would like very much to write a book 5 detailing Morin's journey--of which, of course, Fen and Malick would be a large part--and though I won't promise it's coming, I will say the story is getting more and more insistent and starting to play kettle drums on the backbrain. So a very optimistic maybe. There are some shorts in the Wolf 'verse on my website, if you'd like a bit more for now, and another will be posted... some time this month, I think.

I apologize again for missing this, Scarletine, and I appreciate your kind words very much.
