The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office filed a request late Wednesday to delay Thursday's resentencing hearing for Erik and Lyle Menendez, according to reports. Sheriff's Office employee charged with molestation

Massive police response at Dallas, TX high school

Rachel Morin: Migrant found guilty of murder, rape

A jury on Monday found the man charged with murdering Maryland mother Rachel Morin guilty. Victor Martinez-Hernandez was convicted on several charges including premeditated murder and first-degree rape. Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five, was jogging in a community northeast of Baltimore, when Martinez-Hernandez ambushed, strangled and beat her to death, authorities said.
