Sustainable Arts Program (SAP) 2026

Now in Session | Cohort Announced

The Orange County NY Arts Council’s Sustainable Arts Program (SAP) is a 7-week professional development series designed to support artists in building sustainable, thriving creative careers.

For 2026, SAP proudly supports 12 selected grant recipient artists, while continuing to offer public access to all workshops for the broader creative community.

About the Program

SAP provides essential training in arts business and entrepreneurship through workshops led by industry professionals. Topics include marketing, finance, legal practices, fundraising, and emerging tools like AI. The program is designed to strengthen both individual artists and the wider creative ecosystem in Orange County.

2026 Grant Recipient Artists

The following artists were selected through a competitive, independent panel review process and will receive grant funding upon successful completion of the program:

While the 2026 cohort has been selected, all SAP workshops are open to the public.

This is a great opportunity for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs to gain valuable business skills and connect with the local arts community.

Cost: $20 per session

Free for OCNY Arts Council Members at Individual ($150) or above Membership Levels
